Glyphosate may be Poisoning You!

Glyphosate is used on many many crops and especially GMO crops.  It is outlawed or severely restricted in most European countries!  100,000 lawsuits have been filed on Roundup alone!  80% have been settled but 30,000 remain and more are being filed.  Glyphosate causes many types of cancers, heart disease, and many other diseases.  Would you knowingly eat asbestos?  It increases your risk of cancer by 28%!  Glyphosate increases your risk of cancer by 41%!!

What can you do?

  1. Avoid living in areas where it is sprayed.
  2. Avoid water & foods with glyphosate in them:

Grains and Cereals

  • Oats (especially non-organic, pre-harvest sprayed)
  • Wheat (often sprayed before harvest to dry out crops)
  • Barley,  * Rye,  * Corn (especially GMO corn)
  • Rice (to a lesser extent)

Found in: breakfast cereals, granola bars, crackers, pasta, bread

Legumes

  • Soybeans (especially GMO soy), * Lentils, * Chickpeas, * Peas, * Dry beans

Found in: tofu, soy milk, hummus, canned beans, plant-based meat

Corn-Based Products

  • Cornmeal, * Cornflakes, * Corn syrup, * Popcorn (non-organic)
  • Processed and Packaged Foods

Snack bars

  • Chips, * Cookies, * Crackers, * Infant cereals, * Instant oatmeal

Animal Products (indirectly)

Meat, eggs, and dairy from animals fed GMO corn or soy (glyphosate can accumulate in tissues, though typically at lower levels)

Beverages

  • Beer and wine (especially non-organic)
  • Fruit juices made from non-organic ingredients

Choose organic products when possible.                                    (glyphosate use is restricted in organic farming)

Look for “glyphosate residue-free” certification labels (some brands test and certify)

Wash and peel produce (helps somewhat, though glyphosate is systemic in many plants)

It must also be emphasized to Eat Organic produce!

The following should also be included in your glyphosate detox protocol:

  1. Citrus pectin
  2. Alginates (purified from kelp)
  3. Glycine
  4. Gingko biloba
  5. Organic Iceland kelp
  6. Probiotics and prebiotics
  7. Infrared sauna
  8. Drink Purified Water and use it in cooking your food
