Texas HB 4224 notice

Texas HB 4224 adds Section 181.105 to the Texas Health and Safety Code. It requires covered healthcare entities to post instructions in two locations — on their website and at each physical facility — telling patients how to request medical records, contact the applicable licensing or disciplinary authority, and file a consumer complaint as described under Texas Health and Safety Code Section 181.103 .
