Top 8, Listed in order:  Dietary Risks, Tobacco use, High systolic blood pressure, High body mass index, High fasting plasma glucose, High total cholesterol, Impaired kidney function, & Alcohol and drug use.

Every one of these is effected by how you eat or what you put in your mouth!

What you put in your mouth determines how healthy you will be and how long you will live well over anything else.  All other factors are 400% less likely to cause death.

“Dark Matter”

Scientists have documented well over 139,000 different substances in our food that has an effect on how well our bodies function.

However, food databases only list 139 – 200 nutrients. 

Most so called “multivitamin/mineral” supplements only list 20 to 50 nutrients at best even though they say, “A to Z” “Complete” “Comprehensive” etc.  

Even if you could get all 200 nutrients listed in the FDA databases, what happened to the other 138,800 nutrients we know of that are not in your supplements?
